MessageReach supplies application-to-person messaging infrastructure to licensed gaming operators and the technology suppliers who build for them. We do not operate a gaming site, accept wagers, hold player funds, or market any product directly to end users.
Traffic is sent under the customer's own licence and sender identity. The customer remains the data controller for its recipient records and is responsible for holding a lawful basis for contact, for honouring STOP and unsubscribe requests inside the required window, and for meeting the marketing rules of every market it sends into. Sender identities are checked against their registration status before a route is chosen, and traffic bound for a market the customer is not licensed in is refused at the gateway.
